Uses : This high-technology product developed by the Acoustic engineering Dept has extremely high noise absorption & barrier ratings making it a far superior insulator to the felts & foams found in most vehicles. It is extremely flexible & is designed specifically for automotive use, particularly in areas such as car & truck floors, cabin side of firewalls, truck engine covers, boot floors, etc. Note: Just a small uncovered hole through a firewall can result in drastic reduction in effectiveness of any sound insulation. To ensure maximum effect, it is essential to cover as much as of the area being insulated as possible.

Note: This product is manufactured to meet specifications of under bonnet applications only and is NOT RECOMMENDED for use in other areas, e.g. underside of car floor, engine side of fire wall etc.

Fire: Resists absorption of oils, petrol, etc. Exceeds international standards relating to under-bonnet fire safety regulations,, including Regulations DIN 75200, DIN 54333,US-FMVSS-302.
